Pangkal Budiman Sdn Bhd (PB) Incorporated on 26 July 1994, being 90.1% owned by Leong Hup Holdings Berhad and the balance owned by individual I.E. Chee Kim Hoon. In 1996, PB bought 2 pieces of land, 855.21 acres, located in Mukim of Pulai, Johor Bahru for property development. Due to economy crisis since mid 1997, PB withhold the development project and in mid 2001, PB disposed 206.21 to its shareholders. At the moment, PB derived monthly income solely from palm oil cultivation.
