Company Profile
F.E Venture Sdn Bhd (FEV) was incorporated as a private limited company on 27th February 1990 by a resourceful entrepreneur, Mr. James Ong Gee Tiong. The Company commenced business in May 1990 and has now been established for over 10 years. Situated at Subang Jaya SS15 during the initial start-up, todate we are located at Bandar Sunway, a light industrial area in our own semi-detached office premise. In less than a year the paid up capital of the company increased from RM2 to RM500.000. Todate the paid up capital of the company is RM 2,500,000.

In 1994, FE Venture Sdn Bhd had a successful collaboration with Leong Hup Holdings
Berhad with share capital investment of 51% by LHHB.

Principal Activities
The principal activity of the company is that of trading in veterinary medicines plus animal feeds and small animal products. These include vaccines, antibiotics, vitamins, feed grades, injectables and etc. FEV acts as authorized agent for various renowned overseas veterinary pharmaceutical companies from Spain, Italy, United States, United Kingdom, Netherlands and etc. Other than import from overseas, the company also purchases locally. FEV supplies to one of the largest poultry integrators in Malaysia i.e. Leong Hup Holdings Berhad group, apart from that we supply directly to poultry farms all over Malaysia. Our network distribution also covers Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand and Myanmar.
