LHGPS is a wholly owned subsidiary of Leong Hup Holdings Berhad acquired in 1992. LHGPS, which does not have and subsidiary company but 2 associated companies namely Phil-Malay Poultry Breeder Inc. and Phil-Malay Development Company. (Both in Philippines)

Principal Activities
Primarily involved in rearing and disturbuting Parent Stock Day old Chicks in Malaysia for Arbor Acres of breed of poultry under agreement with Arbor Acres Farms Inc.
